Ambrose Robert BRAZELL was born February 26, 1873 in Bledlow, Buckinghamshire. He married Edith Emma ALLEN, daugher of Jesse Charles ALLEN and Mary Ann Elizabeth LONG, on September 10, 1900 in Willesden, Middlesex.
Shortly after getting married, Ambrose & Edith bought the Post Office cum Village Shop at Kingston Blount. I'm still trawling through the county directories trying to work out when they could have moved in.

The twins Herbert Ambrose and Charles Henry were born June 18, 1905 in Kingston Blount, Oxfordshire. Herbert, thereafter known as Bert, was the elder - by 10 minutes.
The writing on the back of the photo below says "House at Kingston Blount." Thanks to a very helpful local historian in Kingston Blount, I know that the house is now called "Moat Manor" and is in Brook Street.

The house was sold by Colonel Clark-Brown's family in recent years to private buyers. This had been owned by this family for many years and was divided into three properties at the time, it was only rented out to the occupants.
The picture below was taken in the garden of the Old Post Office in Kingston Blount, where Ambrose and Edith Allen lived behind and above the shop. It looks like the twins are wearing christening robes, but I haven't been able to discover a record of their baptisms. I know Charles was baptised Congregationalist; I suspect he and his father Ambrose were baptised at Chinnor Indepdendent Church, along with Ambrose's siblings, but there seems to be no surviving register.

I'm not absolutely certain which twin is which in their robes, but my guess is that Bert is the twin on the left in the pictures with parents above and with mother below.
